The Bride that’s not Afraid of Color

The end of spring and beginning of summer opens Pandora’s Box of sultry tones and hot hued blooms. As vintage powders and rustic woods are always popular floral selections on the big day, bright pops of color and dazzling shades make us smile.

It takes a certain bride to not fear color. She’s usually bold, out-going and courageous…. and knows how to have a great time! Just this past weekend Boulder Bloom’s was honored to design one of the most colorful weddings we’ve had yet. Neon yellows, fuchsias, purples, and lime greens were a blast for us to transform into high style and trendy designs.

Hosted at a local bowling alley, Lucky Strike, the flowers complimented the industrial, modern, up-scale party atmosphere. Neon signs were mere backdrops to the five-tiered Biedermeier bouquets with green cymbidium orchids, fern fronds, magenta roses, black calla lilies, green tick dianthus, black Ti leaves and peacock feathers.

As much as Boulder Blooms loves our woodsy and natural brides, chic, colorful and trendy styles are also right down our (bowling) alley!
